We specialize in the export and distribution of beauty and skin care products carefully developed by combining the rejuvenating minerals of the Dead Sea and its region with aromatic oils and plant extracts.
The products that we export and distribute are of the highest quality, made only from choice natural ingredients. None of our products are tested on animals. We have a vast and rich collection of cosmetic products from all the leading Dead Sea brands including AHAVA, INTENSIVE SPA, NATURAL SEA BEAUTY, MINERAL CARE and more.
In 2000, D.S.C. reached a strategic decision to open an online store to market our unique products to a wider audience and to make them immediately available and affordable to consumers and wholesalers around the globe.
Today, we ship our comprehensive range of Dead Sea beauty, care, and treatment products worldwide. Additionally, we provide private labeling as a service to wholesalers.

Because we work internationally we regret that we cannot accept payments by check
or money order.

Sales Tax:
The customer is responsible for any import taxes that may be incurred on international orders.

Shipping Time:
Your time is important to us! Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. Free Shipping by Registered Airmail should arrive within 10-14 business days of your purchase date. Express EMS Shipping should arrive within 4-7 days of your purchase date, up to your doorstep!

Return Policy:

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for one reason or another, one of our products does not meet your expectations, we apologize in advance and will work with you to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Please read the following carefully.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT:

Check for products arriving with shipping damage.

Please examine all products upon receipt. If the package is damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment, unless you can determine that the product inside has not been damaged. You may open the package to see if the damaged packaging has impacted your purchase. In the event that your package is damaged, immediately notify both the shipping company and us.

To follow our return procedure, please contact our Customer Service staff by e-mailing us at service@deadsea-cosmetics.com. We will replace your purchase immediately at no charge and pay for all associated shipping costs.


BRAND NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED PRODUCTS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will allow you 30 days to notify us that you need to return your merchandise no questions asked, this includes if it has been received as a gift. Items that are in their original brand new condition and in their original packaging will be refunded for the full amount of the product. You will be responsible for return shipping costs by Registered Airmail. Please contact our Customer Service staff by e-mailing us at service@ deadsea-cosmetics.com if you would like to return your product. Please note that any cosmetic products that have been opened (whether used or unused) cannot under any circumstances be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Please retain both receiving and/or return shipping and tracking slips so this information can be
used to expedite any credits in the event of a return.

1. Please contact our Customer Service staff by e-mailing us at Service@ deadsea-cosmetics.com if you would like to return your product. Dead Sea Cosmetics will then issue you a RMA number (valid for 30 days). Customers must have an RMA number in order to return a purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

2. The RMA number is to be placed on the shipping label below the shipping address
provided by Customer Service. All returns must be in the original packaging.

3. Once the item is received at the specified address and is verified to be in original
condition, applicable credit will be issued to the customer's credit card.
Customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their statements.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us by either e-mailing us at Service@ deadsea-cosmetics.com with in the same business day (Mon.-Fri, 9 a.m.-5p.m. EST) that it was placed on in order to cancel it free of any charges. After the full business day we will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop you order from shipping. If we are unable to intervene in the fulfillment process you are liable for all shipping and handling charges both outbound shipping (including special shipping) and return. Orders that are placed on weekends or weeknights must be cancelled by the end of the next business day.
